alongside Cameron.
Michael maintains vast experience in plant operation, project management, staff supervision, and ensuring jobs are carried out safely and are completed to the highest standard.

Cameron is a second generation earthworks operator and has 25 years experience in the earthmoving industry. Cameron has successfully managed his own earthworks company with wife, Renae, for 9 years as well as being Director of C & M Civil Earthworks.
Cameron has a strong passion for the business growth and long term success, leaning on his years of experience in the industry to develop the business and projects.

Renae's role with C & M Civil Earthworks as Office Manager includes overseeing all administration tasks, human resources, and accounts payable and receivable.
